Dr. Joseph Fulton, DDS is recognized as one of the premier dentists in Northwest Ohio. Originally from Rocky River, Ohio, Dr. Fulton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science & Biochemistry from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. In 1985, he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University.
During Dr. Fulton's final year of dental school, Dr. Fulton was 1 of 10 dental students selected into an advanced Prosthodontics program. Through this intensive program, he received advanced training in cosmetic & restorative dentistry; including full-mouth reconstruction. Upon graduation, Dr. Fulton completed a one-year general practice residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo.
Since 1985, he has maintained a family-friendly general dentistry practice in Findlay, Ohio. Each year, Dr. Fulton's dedication to excellence continues. He advances his skills and knowledge with many hours of advanced training courses and collaboration with many of the world's most respected dental professionals. Dr. Fulton's innate attention to details and compassion make him highly regarded and trusted by his patients, staff and peers.
Dr. Fulton and his wife, Lisa (a dental hygienist), are at home in Findlay. They remain devoted parents to their three grown children; Abby (Texas), Hannah (Kentucky), & Parker (Oklahoma). After hours, Dr. Fulton enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
As an instructor at The Ohio State University, Dr. Atkins shares his wealth of dentistry knowledge with new dentists.
He brings that experience to his patients and US Military personnel, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and strategies to provide comprehensive dental care.

Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Aldona Puchalski began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant, accumulating ten years of experience in the field. Concurrently, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ, and a Master of Biomedical Science degree from the Rutgers School of Graduate Studies in Newark, NJ.
Dr. Puchalski pursued further education at the Midwestern College of Dental Medicine – Illinois, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. During her studies, she served in the Army Reserves, presented her dental research at regional and national conferences, and completed five weeks of oral surgery hospital externships. Her training includes digital dentistry design and manufacturing, and utilizing laser technology systems and nitrous oxide sedation methods. Graduating with honors, Dr. Puchalski was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honors Society.
In her free time, Dr. Puchalski fosters animals and volunteers at the Wood County Humane Society. She also enjoys baking (and eating) donuts, with a retirement dream of opening a bakery named "Aldona's Donuts.""
Dr. Verdell is a graduate of the Ohio State College of Dentistry and joined Atkins Dentistry in the spring of 2013.
